How fast can you source a venue or vendor?
Our standard sourcing window is 24–48 hours. Timing can vary based on event date, availability, headcount, and the type of vendor or venue you need.
What exactly does the 20% cover?
The coordination fee covers sourcing, vendor communication, option review, booking coordination, payment coordination, and day-of confirmation. The fee is agreed up front before work starts.
Do we pay you or the vendor?
You pay vendors directly. Our coordination fee is separate, transparent, and agreed before any work starts.
What if a vendor cancels?
We work with vetted vendors and maintain backup options when possible. If a confirmed vendor falls through, we move quickly to help source a replacement.
Do you serve areas outside Columbus?
Our core service area is Columbus and Central Ohio. Tell us where your event is located and we will confirm whether we can support it.
